First, we’ll have a conversation about your situation and I will ask you some questions about your life. After that, with your permission, I will lay my hands on your body in a comforting and gentle way. My touch brings attention to your muscles, skin and nerves, helping ease them into a state of relaxation.
This is not a massage.
You may lie or sit on a table, and you will be fully clothed. The purpose is to spend time being with your body, breathing deeply, easing your stress and melting away tension.
